How to refer a patient for sequencing

Patients with solid tumours can be referred for comprehensive tumour profiling through the MPCCC Precision Oncology Program, in accordance with the guidelines and eligibility provided below.

There is an 8-12 week turnaround time on next-generation sequencing results. Patient results will be compiled into a report for analysis and interpretation through a Molecular Tumour Board, and recommendations will be communicated to a patient’s treating clinician.
