MPCCC Precision Oncology Program
Our Precision Oncology Program brings together expert cancer researchers and clinicians from across our partner organisations to respond to the treatment needs of patients with rare, advanced stage, and therapy-resistant cancers.
Precision medicine enables oncologists and haematologists to select the best possible treatment options for cancer patients based on an understanding of the specific genetics of their cancer.
Comprehensive genome profiling is used to match patient’s specific tumour mutations to available therapies, in a research program that provides specialised treatment and management plans for each individual patient, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Patients with solid tumours can be referred for comprehensive tumour profiling through the MPCCC Precision Oncology Program, in accordance with the guidelines and eligibility provided here.
The Multi-omics and Organoid Screening Pilot Program is a partnership with MPCCC’s Precision Oncology Program.
Precision Oncology Seminars are a forum for education about the latest precision oncology research, clinical trials and treatment options.
