You, me, and the liquid biopsy – how to get the most out of your ctDNA
Dr Heidi Fettke will discuss the necessary considerations and information required for successful design and analysis of circulating tumour DNA assays.
Dr Heidi Fettke is a postdoctoral researcher at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre where she leads the pre-clinical liquid biopsy research associated with advanced prostate cancer trials. Since completing her PhD in genomics at Monash University in 2020 her primary focus has been investigating the tumour genome in advanced prostate cancer to find cell-free biomarkers for novel therapeutics.
