The Cancer of Low Survival & Unmet Need Initiative (COLUMN) provides rapid whole genome and transcriptome analysis and is working to improve clinical diagnostics for rare, relapsed and ambiguous cancers. Prof Grimmond will discuss the molecular diagnostic approach used to interpret challenging malignancies and provide insights into the potential benefits of comprehensive cancer genome reviews.
