This webinar will explore the impact of the pandemic on healthcare workers’ wellbeing, including the emotional trajectory they may face in months to come. Monitoring stress in a time of crisis is pivotal to maintaining wellbeing, and reflections on mental health management strategies will be discussed by a panel of experts. Empirical data from local tertiary hospitals about healthcare worker experiences of the pandemic will also be presented.
